Job Accountabilities/Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the enforcement, monitoring and seamless implementation of all quality assurance measures (tests, documentation, product audits).
- Take care of the definition and implementation of all product-related quality assurance measures with the aim of zero defects.
- Take care of the handling of customer complaints, introduction, control of corrective actions and documentation.
- Responsible for continuous error analysis (customer claims, rejects) including the agreement of corrective measures with the aim of zero defects.
- Provide support for internal and external audits (system, process, product).
- Assist to create and control QHSE manual, procedures, and forms. Monitor and improve the effectiveness of the QHSE, Supplier Performance, Operational Efficiency, Competency and Training effectiveness, hold and direct Quality Management Meetings with senior management team, verify appropriate and accurate records are maintained supporting the effectiveness of the system.
- ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001:2018 and ISO 14001:2015 QHSE, and the overall responsibility of the Quality Department
- Prepare documentation to satisfy shipping requirements
- Works on special projects as needed.
- Participate and drive continuous improvement related activities.
- Follows and enforce company safety practices and policies.

- Discard or reject products, materials, and equipment not meeting the specifications and maintain required document.
- Discuss inspection results with those responsible for products, and recommend necessary corrective actions.
- Maintain calibration of quality control equipment for HQ and service centers.
- Perform the Internal Audit for HQ and service centers.
- Participate and support in external quality audits.
- Work closely with service and engineering team to ensure quality protocols are followed and documented.
- Review suppliers purchase orders and establish supplier quality requirements.
- Report to management on quality issues, trends and losses.
- Contribute to continuous improvement activities.
Person Specification/Job Requirements
- Degree qualified in an engineering discipline, preferably mechanical
- 5 - 7 years appropriate engineering experience to similar customer base
- Experience in Manufacturing industry or Oil and Gas industries
- Good understanding of drawing, geometric dimensions and tolerances
- Excellent computer skills, including MS Office
- Exposure ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001:2018 and ISO 14001:2015 standards is an added advantage
- Skilled in quality processes and statistical techniques,
- Knowledgeable about measuring equipment & hands on experience
