Company Overview
We are representing a well-established manufacturing company that produces metal joining materials for various industrial sectors. The company operates a quality-driven production facility and is known for delivering reliable, high-performance products.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all QC systems and procedures are effectively implemented.
- Review and approve inspection documents and data sheet reports to ensure product quality meets required chemical composition standards.
- Coordinate with external bodies for all calibration activities, including scheduling, conducting, reporting, and updating calibration records.
- Manage ISO-related requirements under the Quality Management System (QMS) and participate in relevant monthly meetings (QMS, EMS, S&P).
- Plan QC staff work schedules and provide training for both new and existing team members.
- Prepare routine QC reports such as SPC charts, Monthly Cp Graphs, Finished Goods Summary Reports, GR&R, and other required documents.
- Support internal and external QMS & EMS audits as well as customer audits, including preparing audit checklists.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by superiors.
- Degree in Chemistry or related field is preferred.
- Proficient in English, Malay and Chinese (Mandarin)
Mondays - Fridays (8:00am - 5:15pm); 1st week Saturday (8:00am - 3:30pm)
