Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Food & Beverage Management, Hospitality, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a quality control, operations, or training role within the F&B or hospitality industry.
Prior experience in franchise operations or working with multiple outlets is preferred.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of F&B quality standards, hygiene regulations, and customer service protocols.
Detail-oriented with the ability to identify and correct deviations from SOPs.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with franchisees, staff, and internal teams.
Ability to deliver hands-on training and coaching in a constructive, professional manner.
Proficient in report writing and use of audit tools/checklists.
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to address issues quickly and efficiently.
Familiarity with food preparation, portioning, and presentation standards.
Ability to analyze feedback and audit data to identify trends and improvement areas.
Other Requirements:
Willingness to travel frequently for outlet inspections and training sessions.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays, as required.
Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and a commitment to upholding brand standards.
Tanggungjawab Quality Audits & Assessments
Conduct regular and surprise inspections of franchisee outlets to assess service quality, F&B standards, cleanliness, and compliance with SOPs.
Use standardized checklists and reporting tools to evaluate and document audit findings.
Monitor consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control of food and beverages.
Compliance & SOP Enforcement
Ensure all franchisees adhere strictly to brand standards, health & safety regulations, and operational SOPs.
Identify non-compliance issues and implement immediate corrective actions.
Training & Development
Provide hands-on coaching and refresher training to outlet staff where quality standards are not met.
Conduct onboarding training for new franchisees and staff on brand expectations and operational procedures.
Develop training materials and SOP manuals in collaboration with the Training team.
Reporting & Documentation
Prepare detailed quality reports and present findings to the Operations Manager.
Track recurring issues and propose long-term solutions to improve overall franchise performance.
Maintain proper documentation of all audits, trainings, and feedback sessions.
Continuous Improvement
Work closely with the Operations and R&D teams to recommend product or process improvements based on customer feedback and market trends.
Stay updated on F&B industry best practices and apply them to improve quality control processes.
Customer Feedback & Complaints
Investigate customer complaints related to product or service quality and provide solutions in coordination with franchisees.
Analyze feedback to identify trends and develop preventive measures.
