Requirements:

• Diploma or higher education \xe2\x80\x93 Food science, nutrition and etc.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experiences in OEM manufacturing in food & pharmaceuticals industries.

Preferred Skills

• Assessment and analysis skills \xe2\x80\x93 this role requires significant attention to detail, particularly in terms of assessing a product\xe2\x80\x99s quality and analysing recurring manufacturing errors or defects.
• Manufacturing processes \xe2\x80\x93 it\xe2\x80\x99s also helpful for quality control specialists to have some familiarity with manufacturing processes so they can contribute to error reduction and process enhancements.
• Problem-solving skills \xe2\x80\x93 effective quality control specialists need to be adept problem-solvers, skilled at proposing and implementing solutions to manufacturing defects and recurring quality control issues.
• Communication skills \xe2\x80\x93 effective communication is also vital in this role, allowing quality control specialists to inform plant managers and personnel about defects and manufacturing delays.

Scopes:

• Conduct Product testing \xe2\x80\x93 quality control specialists need a solid understanding of product testing, along with a firm grasp of best practices for testing product construction and durability against specifications.
• Ensure timely scheduling of raw material inspection, product inspection, auditing and data collection.
• Coordinate with customer visits and yearly audits.
• Assist in developing quality goals, improve and initiate quality plans.
• Monitoring quality plans progress to ensure that subordinates meet deadline and uphold quality standards. Monitor ongoing tests and experiments, noting any differences for the microbiology test result.
• Define and develop quality criteria- Define outgoing quality plan, work with production, product management and customer.
• Oversees all aspects of an organization\'s quality control function.
• Develops procedures for testing of final product and makes decisions regarding the issuance of recall notices.
