Job Description
- Record the final production output, quality of material/packaging damaged, and material rejected at the end of the production
- Record any reworked products and semi-finished products inventory at the end of the production run
- Keep the record for any re-worked done, such as the reasons, the action is taken, the quantity, and the recommendation
- Keep the record of batch manufacturing code according to the material number, the batch size, the manufacturing date, the expiry date, and the pack size
- Record down the temperature and humidity of raw material store as well as in production area
