Job Description

Responsible for conducting in-process and finished product inspections to ensure all health and beauty products manufactured under GMP standards meet the company's quality specifications, safety requirements, and regulatory compliance. The role involves close collaboration with production, R&D, and QA teams to maintain consistent product quality in OEM/ODM operations. Experienced & knowledgeable in relation to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) System.

Quality Inspection & Monitoring

- Perform incoming, in-process, and final product inspections for raw materials, packaging materials, semi-finished, and finished goods. Verify product quality against approved specifications, formulations, and standards. Conduct visual, physical, and basic laboratory testing according to SOP and GMP requirements. Ensure line clearance and cleanliness before production start-up.

Compliance & Documentation

- Ensure all inspection records, QC reports, and batch-related documentation are properly completed, signed, and filed. Monitor production operations to ensure compliance with

GMP, HALAL and company SOPs

. Assist in internal and external audits (GMP, HALAL, etc.).

Non-Conformance & Corrective Action

- Identify, record, and report non-conformances or deviations observed during inspection. Work with Production and QA teams to recommend corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Product & Process Control

- Verify the calibration status of measuring instruments and testing equipment. Conduct sampling and retain sample management in accordance with company policies. Support process validation and line trials for new product development.

Health, Safety & Hygiene

- Ensure that hygiene and safety standards in the production area are maintained at all times. Promote Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and continuous quality improvement culture.
