Requirements:
MInimum SPM/Diploma in Food Technology, Food Science/QA/QC certificate/Manufacturing or related field (advantage).
Experience :
Minimum 1-2 years in F&B or production line QC is preferred.
Willing to work shifts or overtime when necessary.
Responsibities:
Performed quality checks on incoming raw materials, in-process production and finished food products.
Ensure all product comply with food safety standards, company SOP, and regulatory requirements.
Conduct sensory evaluation (appearance, smell, texture, taste if required).
Verify expiry dates, labeling accuracy and packaging integrity.
Work closely with Production, Warehouse and QA team to resolve quality issues.
