• Minimum SPM with credits in BM, English & Mathematics.
• Candidates with CSWIP/AWS certification are preferred. Candidates with a Diploma / Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent would have an added advantage.
• Minimum 2 years related working experience in fabrication/welding work. Knowledge of industrial process plant and equipment fabrication and installation would be an added advantage.

Tanggungjawab

• Set up and operate Coordinate-Measuring Machines (CMM) to inspect and measure precision components
• Develop and implement CMM programs based on engineering drawings and specifications
• Conduct thorough inspections of machined parts using CMM equipment
• Perform QC work by conducting various quality control inspections in accordance to various quality assurance procedures
• Monitor & ensure fabricators and suppliers comply to and meet the requirements of quality procedures
• Planning, organizing and conducting quality control inspections of receiving incoming raw materials and parts/components
• Conduct and monitor Visual / Welding Inspections, Dimensional Inspections and other QC activities as required by the projects
• Define Corrective Action Request in responding to customer complaints
• Assist QA Engineer & QC Supervisor in establishing, implementing and maintaining the Quality Management System (ISO 9001:2015)
• Support the QA Engineer & QC Supervisor to ensure that products and processes comply with the requirements of the Quality Management System (ISO 9001:2015)
