Job Summary

The purpose of the role is to conduct bulk testing, incoming inspection, IPQC FG Inspection.

Duties

Perform sampling, inspection and testing for all raw materials, packaging materials, bulk and finished products according to standard operating procedures and test methods. Verify the clean status of manufacturing, filling machines and production rooms. Verify line clearance of all manufacturing, filling and packing rooms. Adjust pH and viscosity of bulk when necessary. Keep stability samples of products under proper storage conditions. Monitor storage conditions of the retained sample room and stability sample room. Conduct IPQC to ensure the use of the correct starting materials and packaging materials during production; the correct batch number, manufacturing date and expiry date have been printed correctly on packaging materials. Inspect finished products for appearance, integrity check, batch number and expiry date. Perform treated water (DI water, RO water) sampling. Perform color weighing verification. Ensure that all the production activities are conducted according to the GMP requirements. Ensure safety in the workplace is being observed at all times. Maintain proper documentations according to the GMP requirements. Detect non-conformance and deviation from instructions or procedures. If such a situation occurs, it should be reported to the Assistant Manager or QA Manager. Conduct preventive and corrective actions. Maintain cleanliness in the laboratories. Supervise destruction of rejected materials. Assist Assistant Manager and QA Manager in all the projects that under GMP and other standards has been specified by organization.

Skills

Proficiency in quality control processes and procedures SPM and above or related field. Experience in related filed at least 1-2 years. Basic math skill include measuring, calibrating and calculating specification
