We are a food manufacturing plant that produces Ready-To-Eat food, paste, sauce, tea mix, and instant noodles. We are seeking an ideal candidate to join our team.

The responsibilities of this role:

Perform quality control inspections on incoming materials, outgoing finished goods and transportations. Conduct regular physical stock counts of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods. Implement and maintain stock tracking systems to monitor stock levels, locations, and expiration dates. Implement FIFO (First-In, First-Out) & FEFO (First-Expired, First-Out) principles to ensure timely rotation of stock and prevent product spoilage. Perform ad-hoc tasks and assignments as directed by the superior

Requirement:

1.

Fresh grad- Diploma in food related

(Food Management/Food Science/ Food Microbiology/Halal Management) and other related field/

SPM with relevant work experience

(Food Manufacture/Food Management)

2. Candidates with experience in food manufacturing, have Food Handling Certificate and typhoid injection will be prioritized.

3. Good command of English and Bahasa Melayu. (Mandarin speaker is an advantage)

4. Have basic knowledge on GMP, HACCP, MeSTI and Halal.

5. Familiar with Microsoft Office. (Word, Excel, PPTX)

6. Can do basic math.

7. Highly organized, pay attention to details and can work under minimal supervision.

Salary will be discussed further during the interview.
Candidate with no experience are also welcome.
