Quality Control Inspector

Job Description
Inspect incoming fabrics, trims, and accessories to ensure they meet approved specifications. Conduct in-line and final inspections of garments across various production stages. Identify defects related to stitching, construction, measurements, color shading, prints, embroidery, and overall appearance. Perform measurement checks against tech packs and ensure fit consistency across sizes. Prepare detailed inspection reports and maintain accurate records of defects, corrective actions, and compliance checks. Collaborate with designers, pattern makers, and production teams to resolve quality issues and recommend corrective and preventive actions. Ensure packaging, labeling, and presentation meet brand requirements. Assist in developing and updating quality standards, checklists, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Job Requirement
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to read and follow tech packs, measurement charts, and sample guidelines Ability to identify garment defects such as loose threads, uneven seams, fabric flaws, color shading, misalignment. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight production deadlines.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
