Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

1. Performs visual and mechanical inspections on products based on the required characteristic

2. Support quality inspections activities needed across the manufacturing (IPQC, OQA, first piece, Last piece, Reinspection, Product screening etc.)

3. Carry out configuration verification by carry out document check on Supplier CoC, Mill Cert, Internal Manufacturing Order, Internal CoC etc. to ensure product are manufactured as per the required specification and requirement

4. Carry out product preservation & Identification (Packaging, Labelling, tagging, part protection etc.) to ensure part are properly protected and identified for traceability purposes

5. Support Quality Engineers in inspection data collection, document generation and FAI dimensional reporting

6. Performs other duties as assigned by superiors

7. Quality inspection report generation and ensure data accuracy

8. Evaluate non-conformance issue and highlight and feedback to superior

9. Ensure applicable manufacturing document completeness

10. Release inspected parts for FG storage and delivery purposes

11. Assist and support quality and engineering during first article inspection & prototype run

12. Ensure workplace cleanliness, FOD and overall 6S in workstation

13. Ensure proper fill up of quality record and correct use of company issued stamp as per defined procedure

14. Work closely with departmental lead to ensure departmental KPI, company policy, EHS policy, and Quality objective can be met

15. Ensure QC output and efficiency

16. Support in overall company improvement activities

17. Ensure proper ERP data update / job check in / out

18. CMM programming control and change control

19. Report any Nonconformity / Observation on system, product quality to HOD or immediate superior for immediate action.

20. Authorized to trigger production and shipment stop with justification part produced might not meeting the requirement and the need for further confirmation as part of the product assurance activities. Immediate report to superior for immediate resolution.

21. May appointed as organization HIC (High Impact Committee) team member in coordinating and involving in organization 6S, FOD and EHS matter

22. Ensure equipment used in ensure product conformity are calibrated and valid to be used.

23. Ensure correct and proper use of QC stamp per organization stamp and signatory control procedure.

24. Other Ad Hocks tasks assigned by your superior.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
