Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
Fluent In Mandarin will add on advantage
Pre-casting experience is preferrable.
Knowledge in quality control is required for this position.
Understand AutoCad and engineer\'s drawing.
Required skills any structure design software will be a value added, MS Office and AutoCad.

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:-

Perform and document yard inspections on quality.
Perform and document material inspections on incoming raw materials (sand, aggregate, chipping, reinforcement).
Perform and document testing on incoming aggregates and sand (ie. moisture, sieve) and enter data into laboratory or batch record.
Perform daily compressive strength testing of hardened concrete specimens (concrete cube testing).
Ensure production supervisor follow instruction given by Engineer.
Perform daily pre/post concrete inspection on products and ensure dimension of the product follow specification after first inspection by supervisor and verified.
Check in process procedure carried out correctly.
Report in process abnormalities to Senior Production Executive and Engineer.
Prepare and carry out testing of products, raw materials and research as advised by Engineer.
