Job Scope

Assists the Senior QC Executive and QC Assistant Manager in ensuring the quality of the manufactured products meet the defined set of quality criteria or requirements of customers, as well as to ensure the ongoing management and continual improvement of the Food Safety and Quality System. To plan, organize and carry out QC activities in the laboratory. To conduct the required quality control tests or evaluations on all stages of manufacturing, from incoming raw materials to finished products. To provide immediate feedback to superior of any discrepancy/nonconformities detected on the process or product. To maintain quality evaluation records. To conduct shelf-life study on the finished products and to provide immediate feedback to superior of any nonconformities detected. To operate safely and efficiently the equipment and utensils used in the laboratory. To take proper care of equipment and utensils used while performing laboratory activities. To ensure that all work assigned is performed in accordance with specifications, instructions and requirements. To assist the monthly Plant Sanitary Inspection and other monitoring activities to ensure effective implementation of the Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). To assist in the internal calibration of weighing balances. To maintain good housekeeping and clean work areas in assigned work sites. Other functions which may be instructed from time to time by the company or any designated person.

Qualification

Min SPM / Diploma Able to speak & read in basic english & Bahasa Can work in team Punctual & willing to learn new things Resistant to strong odors of products Willing relocate to Bandar Enstek, Negeri Sembilan
