: Quality Control Operator & Fulfillment Assistant (Fabric)

: No 3, Jalan BA 4/1, Kawasan Perindustrian Bukit Angkat, 43000 Kajang, Selangor

Responsibilities Quality Control Operator (Fabric):

Ensure all inspection work is carried out responsibly and meticulously to maintain good quality at all times. To check incoming and outgoing fabric parts referring to the sampling plan. Ensure there are no defects in the fabric before sending it to the vendor for sewing. Always liaise with the QC Supervisor for all quality and any discrepancies related to the fabric. And any other work directed by Management from time to time.

Responsibilities Fulfillment Assistant:

Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently Receive and organize incoming stock Conduct regular stock counts and report discrepancies Coordinate with Customer Service and Sales teams regarding urgent orders Update order status in the system and ensure timely fulfillment

Requirements:

Minimum SPM or equivalent Able to work independently and as part of a team Basic computer skills Attention to detail and good time management Experience in e-commerce or fulfillment is an advantage

Working Hours & Other Benefits

Monday to Friday : 08:30 AM - 05:30 PM EPF, SOCSO, SIP contributions Annual Leave Medical Leave Attendance Allowance Bonus Increment
