to join our Production Department. You will be responsible for ensuring that raw materials, in-process components, and finished products meet customer requirements and company quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Product Inspection
Inspect raw materials, in-process parts, and finished goods.
Use measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges) to check product dimensions and tolerances.
Identify and report surface defects, misalignments, or irregularities.
Quality Assurance
Perform routine checks during and after production.
Approve or reject products based on inspection results.
Maintain compliance with customer specifications and quality standards.
Process Monitoring
Monitor production activities to ensure consistency.
Highlight process deviations or inefficiencies to supervisors/engineers.
Documentation & Reporting
Prepare detailed inspection reports and maintain accurate logs.
Record defective items, root causes, and corrective actions.
Compliance & Standards
Conduct inspections following ISO, GMP, or relevant industry standards.
Stay updated on company policies and regulatory requirements.
Collaboration
Work with production, engineering, and QA teams to reduce defects and improve methods.
Tool & Equipment Maintenance
Calibrate and maintain inspection equipment regularly.
Requirements
Minimum SPM / Diploma in a relevant field.
Hands-on experience with measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) is an advantage.
Strong attention to detail and willingness to work in a production environment.
