Job Description
Job Scope
Inspection and Testing
: Performing quality inspections and tests on incoming raw materials, in-process items, and final products to verify they meet specified standards.Data Analysis and Reporting
: Monitoring processes, analyzing data to identify trends, creating reports on quality performance, and presenting findings to management.Root Cause Analysis
: Investigating the causes of defects or non-conformities and implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to resolve issues and improve future quality.Equipment Operation and Maintenance
: Using various measuring tools and electronic equipment for inspection and testing.Procedure Development
: Creating and implementing quality control procedures and guidelines to enhance overall product quality and consistency.Collaboration
: Working with production teams, suppliers, and other departments to address quality concerns and maintain consistent quality throughout the manufacturing process.Documentation
: Maintaining accurate records of inspections, tests, and quality control activities.Auditing and Training
: Participating in audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and training staff on quality control procedures and best practices.Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
