Ensure the quality system are compiled and according to ISO 9001:2015
Ensure good manufacturing practice on operations such as incoming material, finish goods inspection, product measuring and monitoring contol, etc.
Perform regular quality assessments on all incoming materials from vendors and outgoing product for shipping
To manage and responsible for all product quality improvement
Maintain good relationship with customer and ensure all quality related feedback and issues are resolved and achieved customer satisfaction
Measure product dimension, examine functionality and compare the final product to the specifications and can read drawing plan. (Eg. Autocad drawing) advantage
Experience with measuring devices such as meters, gauges, caliper, and other measuring instruments
May need to go to supplier side to check materials when required
Any other job assigned by superior from time to time
