Job Description
Job Summary
As a Quality Control Assistant, your main responsibility will be to ensure food safety and the quality of food. Also, you will promote continuous and sustained improvements by ensuring compliance with all regulations and company safety policies and procedures.
Responsibility
- Perform daily pre-operation and conduct routine inspections for quality control and report any issues to corresponding managers.
- Collaborate with suppliers and external partners to ensure the quality of incoming materials and resolve any quality-related concerns.
- Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, standards, and best practices related to food safety and quality control.
- Inventory management, monitor stock level. Also assist with data entry of store received & return information,
- Sort and separate products to be returned to vendors for credit.
- Perform other duties as assigned by superior.
- Diploma in Food Science/Food Technology or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year working experience in related field is desired
- Knowledge in HACCP will be an added advantage
