Quality Control Technician

, you will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. This full-time role involves hands-on inspection, documentation, and collaboration with production teams to uphold consistent output and continuous improvement.

What we're looking for

Conduct inspections and tests on incoming materials, in-process production, and final products to ensure compliance with specifications Develop and maintain detailed quality documentation, including test product, reports, and corrective action records Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve quality-related issues and implement improvements Monitor and report production non-conformities, and lead investigations to identify root causes Ensure adherence to company quality standards and relevant industry certifications Maintain calibration and functionality of testing equipment and tools Train staff on quality control procedures and continuous improvement practices Participate in product development reviews to provide feedback on potential quality risks

What we're looking for

Experience in quality control or inspection within a manufacturing or production environment Familiarity with production workflows, quality systems, and standard operating procedures Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable with solid problem-solving skills Able to read and interpret technical specifications and manufacturing guidelines Good communication skills in

English
