You\xe2\x80\x99ll be part of Quality & Documentation where you, together with your 6 dedicated colleagues with different nationalities and the same passion for product quality, will ensure documentation is delivered and received according to contract, assist in the preparation, maintenance, and implementation of the Project Quality Plans, as well as ensure collection and handling of fabrication documentation, such as final as-built documentation. Finally, you\xe2\x80\x99ll be responsible for following up on and registration of contractor NCRs and TQ in our document handling system. We are self-driven and independent in different Asset Projects, using same tools, procedures, and templates developed and maintained by us based on knowledge sharing and best practice.

Role:

Being responsible for QA within the foundation fabrication scope by ensuring the strategy for and the extent of QC activities in accordance with Project Management Plan (PMP) and its PQMP and QP\'s
ensuring that the processes needed for the fabrication and construction activities are implemented and maintained according to our quality management system as defined in in the PQMP/QAP/QAS
advise, assist, support, and follow up on the fabrication project team members in relation to quality management matters and implementation of contract quality requirements according to our procedures
communication and coordination of operational quality initiatives and interfaces across the organisation.
evaluating and commenting on the contractors\' supplier management, e.g., supplier visit and inspection programme, inspection, and test plan.

Requirements:

Have a relevant education or practical experience within fabrication of steel components, preferably within the wind industry, and have completed relevant quality courses and programmes (e.g., ISO9000, APQP)
are highly experienced in quality management and have extensive insight into project processes, preferably from a similar position
are a strong team player with a LEAN mindset and have the ability to meet colleagues, stakeholders, and contractors with a smile
are outgoing, possess strong communication abilities, and excel in working with various partners in international settings to be able to work closely with colleagues, internal and external partners, and our contractors
speak and write English fluently.
