The Group You\'ll Be A Part OfThe Global Operations Group brings information systems, facilities, supply chain, logistics, and high-volume manufacturing together to drive the engine of our global business operations. We help Lam deliver industry-leading solutions with speed and efficiency, while actively supporting the resilient and profitable growth of Lam\'s business.Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for handling of customer feedback and complaint.
• Partner with stakeholders for root cause investigation, corrective and preventive actions.
• Drive quality improvements to reduce/prevent repeated & recurrence issue.
• Drive proactive measure, standardization, and cross product learning proliferation.
• Compile and report quality performance in global and site review platforms.
• Perform data analysis to identify trends and opportunities of improvement in the manufacturing process.
• Ensure that manufacturing processes and ultimately, final products, meet both internal and external quality standards.

Other Job Responsibilities

• Communicating regularly with manager to track project status and identify potential issues.
• Working closely with cross functional team to ensure quality protocols are followed, documentation is correctly maintained, and implement any new changes or adaptations based on quality reviews.
• Develop training material for new processes and procedures, as well as providing support for training events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s degree in engineering or equivalent.
• 2-3 years of experience in semiconductor and quality related field.
• Hands on experience in process, product, and line audit.
• Possess statistical analysis, Six Sigma / Lean manufacturing skills.
• Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Experience working in clean room environment.
