Implements and maintains quality assurance protocols and methods for processing materials into partially finished or finished products.
Responsible for planning, implementing and managing compliance of manufacturing and production processes with internal and external safety, quality and regulatory standards requirements for worldwide distribution.
Designs methods and procedures for inspecting, testing and evaluating the precision and accuracy of production processes, production equipment and finished products.
Familiar with problem solving and quality tools, e.g.: 8D, FMEA, 5 why analysis, kaizen, six sigma, etc.
Performs analysis of reports and production data to identify trends and recommend updates or changes to quality standards and procedures when necessary.
May assure compliance to in-house and/or external specifications and standards.

In this position, you as a quality engineer play a vital role within operations. You will play a key role in addressing issues when they arise through the use of problem solving and quality tools and will work to ensure that manufacturing processes and ultimately, final products, meet both internal and external quality standards.
Analyzing problems reported and developing improvements to overcome them.
Communicating regularly with manager to track project status and identify potential issues.
Working closely with cross functional team to ensure quality protocols are followed, documentation is correctly maintained, and implement any new changes or adaptations based on quality reviews.
Continuous improvement in the manufacturing process.
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor\'s degree; or 6 years and a Master\'s degree; or a PhD with 3 years experience; or equivalent experience.
Bachelor\'s Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
4-6 years of experience in semiconductor and engineering for related field.
Knowledge in ISO 9001:2015 requirements.
Possess statistical analysis, Six Sigma / Lean manufacturing skills.
Experience in cleanroom environment / semiconductor will be added advantage.
