Job Responsibilities

• Lead and undertake process and product audits, MRB and tools calibration / verification management across Operations and Quality Department.
• Responsible for writing/revised procedures and processes to support development of QMS.
• Performs analysis of reports and production data to identify trends and recommend updates or changes to quality standards and procedures when necessary.
• Identify opportunities of improvement, developing training material for new processes and procedures, as well as providing support for training events.
• May assure compliance to in-house and/or external specifications and standards.

Other Job Responsibilities

• In this position, you as a quality engineer play a vital role within operations. You will play a key role in addressing issues when they arise using problem solving and quality tools and will work to ensure that manufacturing processes and ultimately, final products, meet both internal and external quality standards.
• Analyzing problems reported and developing improvements to overcome them.
• Communicating regularly with manager to track project status and identify potential issues.
• Working closely with cross functional team to ensure quality protocols are followed, documentation is correctly maintained, and implement any new changes or adaptations based on quality reviews.
• Continuous improvement in the manufacturing process.

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor\'s degree; or 6 years and a Master\'s degree; or a PhD with 3 years experience; or equivalent experience.
• Bachelor\'s Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• 4-6 years of experience in semiconductor and engineering for related field.
• ISO 9001:2015 lead auditor / internal auditor. Hands on experience in ISO 9001:2015 internal audit and process, product and line audit.
• Possess statistical analysis, Six Sigma / Lean manufacturing skills.
• Experience working in clean room environment.
