Job Description

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
To assist QA Assistant Manager to maintain a quality-driven culture by ensuring parts meet customer quality requirements during outgoing inspections, and coordinate with and develop vendors in complying with Dynacast internal quality targets
Ensure timely and effective outgoing inspections (Final QA)
Ensure Final QA-related documentation are completed and processed accordingly
Vendor performance monitoring and development (LAR, target achievement and action plan for serious/repeat issues)
Issuance and closure of internal and vendor Corrective Action Reports(CAR)
Help oversee internal post-casting activities and lead improvement projects
Provide quality decision and expedite clearance of quarantined parts
Assist in quality buy-off as needed or assigned

REQUIREMENT:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma /Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Industrial) or Science (Physic / Applied Science) or equivalent Knowledge, familiar and hands-on experience in Six Sigma Tools, QMS (IATF 16949, ISO 9001, 14001) procedures are preferable.
Experience dealing with customer quality issues and replying CAR.
Able to solve quality improvement
Good analytical skill and ability to utilize appropriate problem solving techniques.
Good communication and report writing skill
Able to lead Corrective Action Activities and deals with customer for CARR closure.
At least 3-5 years of working experience in the related field, preferably from Die Casting or Plastic Injection Molding Industry.
At least 2 years' experience in handling inspection personnel (discipline, quality, efficiency)
At least 2 years' experience in vendor development (quality, efficiency)
