Job Description

Manages all the quality issues associated with suppliers and acts as the main point of contact between suppliers and Corporate QA. You will work directly with the supplier to improve their manufacturing process change and relocation/equipment change, reworking/sorting arrangement, and lead time management. Support the Supply Chain group in resolving all factory line-down issues by obtaining the necessary technical details on time to make the right engineering decisions. Drive supplier improvement through assessment and scorecard management. Evaluate the impact of Non-conformance, both internal and external, and assess supplier corrective actions. Assist supplier in preparing and implementing 8D (RCCA), First Article, etc. Conduct a supplier audit to assess the suppliers' capability to supply conforming materials/products to our corporation. the supplier quality engineering and supplier quality management programs. Work with QC/QA to optimize product inspection criteria with LEAN and effective quality inspection purposes. Work with the supply chain team on alternative/second source selection and qualification. Maintain all relevant documents and records from the suppliers Conduct periodic supplier ratings based on the given format and standard/ Other Job assignment from superior.

Job Requirement

Degree in any engineering field Strong organizational and communication skills. Enthusiasm to learn and grow in a dynamic environment. At least 2-3 years experience in
