Job Description

We are looking for Quality Engineer that ensuring that processes and products within the facility are meeting the specified quality standards and regulatory requirements. This involves monitoring production, identifying and resolving quality issues, implementing corrective actions, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and reliability.

Job Responsibilities:

Develop, implement and maintain procedures, work instructions, forms and related documents. Conduct supplier evaluation and monitor supplier performance. Support in the development and maintenance of quality management system to ensure conformance with ISO 13485, ISO 9001 and relevant standards. Support the internal quality audit process including preparation, conducting and reporting. Prepare and support audits from certification bodies and customers. Collect and analyze appropriate data to monitor process and product performance. Collaborate and work with other departments to execute and document validation activities, which may include equipment, facilities, systems and so on. Product quality planning, which may include PFMEA, quality control plan, etc. Support the implementation of corrective and preventive action (CAPA) and improvement initiatives. Handle and manage customer complaint (RMA), including coordination work, analysis and documentation. Monitor the activities at different stages of quality inspections, including incoming, in-process, first piece inspection and outgoing. Monitor and train production / quality operators to ensure best practices. Provide support to ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements, these may include documentation, reporting and audits.

Job Qualifications (Education, Experience and Skills):

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, Quality, Industrial or equivalent) Minimum two years of experience in manufacturing environments, with a focus on quality control and process improvement. Proficient in using common office software tool for reporting and documentation. Understanding of quality tools and quality related concepts. Able to read, write and converse in

Mandarin and English

due to the needs of liaising with China Team and US Team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate quality-related information. Experience in ISO knowledge and auditing will be considered a plus.

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
