: \xc2\xb7 Understand customer quality requirement and translate the requirement to related internal document for implementation. \xc2\xb7 Participate in PFMEA and Control Plans development and review. \xc2\xb7 Review the outgoing quality inspection to enhance quality through providing necessary tools, templates or gauges for inspection. \xc2\xb7 Manage the RMA process to resolve defects/issues raised by the Customer. 1st piece buy off for ECN implementation. Drive, resolve and respond to Customer Complaints & customer feedback. \xc2\xb7 Drive internal non-conformance for root cause and corrective / preventive actions. \xc2\xb7 Recommend technical solutions for new processes and improvements, as necessary. \xc2\xb7 Conduct training to inspector / leader upon release of Inspection Plan. \xc2\xb7 Support internal training program as subject trainer as and when needed. \xc2\xb7 Support NPI buyoff for new products, including related piece part as required. \xc2\xb7 Compiling of Certificate of Compliance (COC) as per customer requirement. \xc2\xb7 Coordinate PPAP review & submission for Automotive customer. \xc2\xb7 Review Process Validation report for Medical products. \xc2\xb7 Perform specific job responsibility as specified by customer. \xc2\xb7 Perform any other tasks as assigned by superior. Job Requirement : \xc2\xb7 Degree in Electronics, Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering, or Equivalent. \xc2\xb7 Minimum 2 Years of working experience; experience in quality engineering is an added advantage. \xc2\xb7 Conversant in PCBA processes, Box Build Assembly, PFMEA, Process Validation, SPC, Quality Audit, Control Plan. \xc2\xb7 Familiar with Quality System standards. \xc2\xb7 Good critical thinking, analytical, problem solving, and communication skills. Key Result Area ( KRA ) : \xc2\xb7 Customer complaints & customer feedback timely closure. \xc2\xb7 RMA dpm. \xc2\xb7 OQA dpm / LAR. \xc2\xb7 Customer audit. Authorities/Decisions : \xc2\xb7 Stop Production Line and Shipment when deemed necessary. \xc2\xb7 Release Production Line Stop and Shipment Stop upon verification of actions or approval from customer. \xc2\xb7 Authorize to provide final disposition on product discrepancy based on workmanship standards, customer specification or regulatory requirement.
