Job Description

Duty & Responsibilities:

1. Conducts audits, surveillance, and maintaining Quality Management System.

2. Investigates quality concerns, performs root cause analysis and proposes recommendations for improvements.

3. Reviews drawings and plans for First Article Inspections and qualifications.

4. Develops suppliers' quality system to be in line with company's requirements.

5. Liaises with both internal and external customers.

6. Conducts aviation quality and safety related trainings.

7. Interface with customers on quality issues.

8. To conduct regular management reviews and ensure the integrity and effectiveness of the QMS.

9. Maintain work area clean, safe and orderly.

10. Ability to interact & work independently.

Requirements:

1. Candidates must possess at least a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

2. At least 3-5 years of working experience in CNC machining / sheet metal industry with knowledge in manufacturing processes such as CNC machining, Forging, Casting, Laser cutting, Turret Punch etc.

3. Knowledgeable in ISO/AS9100 Quality Management System, Nadcap requirement, operating CMM machine and GD & T dimensioning.

4. Good communication and report writing skills.

5. A self-motivated team player who is able to work independently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
