-Person in charge and point of contact for compliance and QMS in the engineering department -Collect, analyze and store data collectively together with the engineering department -Create and review standardized and well documented processes and workflows for the engineering department -Audit, control and rectify documented processes and workflows of the engineering and other departments -Ensuring the successful deployment and documentation of engineering and process documents -Gaining feedback from multiple stakeholders such as clients, colleagues, managers, and etc. to identify opportunities and resolve issues -Conduct and manage QMS, engineering and process projects -Become knowledgeable and deploy QMS or GMP systems, frameworks, and methodologies -Assist in troubleshooting production or engineering issues and implement long term autonomous solutions
