Job Description

Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols and procedures. Design and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate product functionality. Perform functional, integration, system, and regression testing across various platforms. Identify, document, and track defects; collaborate with development teams to resolve issues. Monitor and analyse quality performance metrics to drive continuous improvement. Assist QA Manager/Lead to create quality documentation including work instructions, and validation protocols. Support new product development and change management processes from a quality perspective. Contributing to continuous improvement of QA processes and tools. Participating in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to provide QA insights.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Internet Technology, or related field. Minimum 2-5 years of experience in quality assurance, quality engineering, or software testing. Experience in manual and automated testing tools is a must. Experience in API Testing, Performance testing, Penetration testing tools is a plus. Strong knowledge of testing methodologies (e.g., black-box, whitebox, exploratory, regression). Proficient in defect tracking and test management tools (e.g., JIRA,TestRail). Supporting automation efforts using tools like Webdriverio, Selenium, Appium, Jmeter, Postman and similar frameworks.
