Job Description

Continuously implement and maintain the Company's Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental (QHSE) Management System to ensure that it is in compliance with relevant statutory requirements at all times, including the International Standards, local regulations, code of practices and legal requirements Effectively control the preparation, changes and distribution of Quality Management System's (QMS) documents and data that operates the system.
Assist Assistant Quality Assurance Manager in preparing the summary of QMS implementation status for the management review meetings.
Assist the project's Person-In-Charge (PIC) in complying the Master Quality Plan (MQP). Review Method Statements and comment for improvements. Prepare inspection and Test Plan and Checklists. Inspect manufacturing process and site installation as per requirements; able to use measuring equipment satisfactory. Support and promote process improvements. Ensure all work has been satisfactorily completed before any issuance of RFI to the Client for inspection. Co-ordinate with manufacturer/supplier and installer to raise RFI to be issued to Client for inspection. Liaise with the client for inspection and issue RFI timely. Ensure compliance to Method Statements, Specification, Legislative and Statutory requirements. Record all inspections and results noted in the Checklists with objective evidence. Liaise with the Site Engineer and Client during inspections for any deviation noted.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
