Job Description

Develop the department's quality technical roadmap aligned with corporate quality objectives, including risk-based priorities, resource planning, and regulatory audit readiness Define capital and operational expenditure for quality technical, test labs, equipment upgrades, and staff development Act as the technical interface between Quality, R&D, Manufacturing, Regulatory Affairs, and external auditors Serve as the department lead during external audits, ensuring sustained compliance and timely resolution of audit findings Establish, Manage, and Govern the Internal Calibration Program Strategize and Oversee Technical Inspection & Testing Framework Lead Technical Investigations on Product Complaints and Feedback Develop and Continuously Improve Test Methods and Protocols Drive Competency Development and Technical Capability of Quality Personnel Ensure Preventive Maintenance and Reliability of Testing Equipment
