Responsibilities & Task:

Product Life Cycle:

Responsible for the quality assurance of the whole product life cycle.

Root Cause Analysis:

Identify quality issues, lead root cause analysis investigation and implement corrective and preventive actions.

Date Collection & Analysis:

Collect and analyse production and quality date to identify the areas for improvement and prepare quality performance reports for management.

Support New Product Introduction (NPI):

Participate in new product development activities to ensure quality standards are met or exceed internal and external requirements.

Quality Control Process Development:

Work closely with production teams to develop and implement effective products quality control process.

Training & Coaching:

Provide training, coaching and guidance to QC team to maintain efficiency and effectiveness.

Audit:

Conduct regular production process audits, support customers audits, and follow up the closure of non-conformities. Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by Management from time to time.

Job Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor in Engineering or a related field with 1-3 year(s) of working experience. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Applicants must be willing to work in Nibong Tebal, Penang. Experience in packaging or manufacturing industry is highly preferred. Strong problem solving and root cause analysis skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams.
