Job Description

Responsibility:



Responsible for product quality control and improvement, controlling product quality during production processes, seeking to enhance product quality through testing, control, and process improvement. Resolve quality issues that arise during product production processes, handle quality exceptions, and work on quality improvement. Monitor the quality status of products, follow up on process issues in customer complaints, and provide solutions. Establish various quality-related inspection standards and documents based on the applicability of production. Responsible for the production and updating of products Responsible for summarizing analysis of products and improving product quality. Responsible for counting and resolving defective products Accompanying customer audits and following up on corrective action reports. Analyzing and tracking returns from customers, collaborating with relevant department to develop improvement plans, and verifying their implementation.

Requirements



Diploma/Degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, or related fields. Minimum 2 years of experience in quality assurance or related functions in manufacturing industry (preferable semiconductor/precision manufacturing). Familiar with ISO management systems and quality audit processes. Strong analytical, organizational, and documentation skills. Good communication skills and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM6,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
