• Monitor and analyze incoming material and process-related quality data (including incoming material anomalies, yield rates, and warning issues), compile monthly quality reports, and submit improvement suggestion.
• According to the company\'s warning management requirements, contain non-conforming products, lead internal teams in analyzing quality issues, drive the implementation of improvement measures, and verify the effectiveness of improvements.
• Develop and optimize quality management documents related to incoming materials and processes, such as periodically optimizing IPQC (In-Process Quality Control) checklists and incoming material inspection standards, and adjusting PFMEA (Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) and quality control plans based on actual situations.
• Conduct regular training and assessments for production line inspection positions and quality department QC personnel.
• Analyze and propose improvement measures for non-conformities identified during internal and external audits, lead internal teams, and track the effectiveness of improvements.
• Perform other assigned temporary tasks.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree.
• Experience in developing and implementing various quality control plans and procedures.
• Experience in establishing and maintaining quality standards, as well as driving improvement initiatives to enhance company quality standards.
• Experience in establishing, maintaining, and monitoring Quality Management Systems (QMS) and driving improvements.
• Experience in Supplier Quality Engineering (SQE) or quality management and process auditing of subcontractors.
• Familiarity with the five key quality tools: SPC (Statistical Process Control), MSA (Measurement System Analysis), PPAP (Production Part Approval Process), APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning), and FMEA (Failure Modes and Effects Analysis). At a minimum, must understand the concepts of SPC, FMEA, and MSA.
• Experience working in a large electronics factory. Perform other assigned temporary tasks.
