Follow up with customer complaint and services. Analysis the problem and take corrective action. Monitor and follow up part on hold status. Prepare and reply to countermeasure or improvement action to customer. Verify all the sales return and ODR activity. Prepare monthly quality improvement to management. Provide guidance spec to QC supervisor. * Follow up and monitor with production countermeasure reply.
