Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Develop & Implement Quality Systems:
Design and maintain quality management systems, SOPs, and inspection procedures.Inspection & Testing:
Plan and execute inspections/tests for raw materials, components, and finished goods.Monitoring & Analysis:
Analyze quality data, monitor performance metrics, and conduct process capability studies.Problem Solving:
Investigate product complaints, perform root cause analysis, and develop corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).Collaboration:
Work with operations, design, supply chain, and leadership to integrate quality throughout development and production.Compliance:
Ensure adherence to internal policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.Reporting:
Generate quality reports and present findings to management.Training:
Support and train quality assurance team members on policies and procedures.Essential Skills & Qualifications
Skills:
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and troubleshooting skills; self-motivation; attention to detail.Education:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field is often required.Experience:
Proficiency with quality tools, inspection methods, and documentation.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
