A leading manufacturing company with a strong focus on exports to China is seeking a hands-on

Quality Engineer/ Senior

Engineer to uphold and advance quality standards in the manufacturing operations and focus on championing quality standards and acting as the technical liaison for key accounts in China.

Position Overview

You will maintain and audit the ISO 9001 Quality Management System, monitor process parameters using Statistical Process Control, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance yield, reduce waste, and ensure process stability. Acting as the primary quality liaison for Chinese customers, you will manage complaints, conduct root cause analyses, and implement effective corrective actions. The role also includes evaluating suppliers and raw materials to uphold consistent product quality.

Position Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial). Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in a Quality Engineering or Process Quality role. Proven experience in a

continuous process manufacturing environment

(e.g., chemicals, plastics, cement, steel, hand gloves).

Full professional proficiency in Mandarin Chinese

(spoken and written) is required to manage customer accounts in China. Strong practical knowledge of

ISO 9001

, root cause analysis, corrective actions (CAPA), and basic statistical tools.
