What You Will Do

Product Quality

Responsible for product quality control and improvement, controlling product quality during production processes, seeking to enhance product quality through testing, control, and process improvement.

Resolve quality issues that arise during product production processes, handle quality exceptions, and work on quality improvement.

Monitor the quality status of products, follow up on process issues in customer complaints, and provide solutions.

Establish various quality-related inspection standards and documents based on the applicability of production.

Responsible for the production and updating of products

Responsible for summarizing analysis of products and improving product quality.

Responsible for counting and resolving defective products

Customer Quality

Handling customer complaints.

Coordinating the resolution of customer-reported quality issues.

Writing 8D reports for customer issues.

Accompanying customer audits and following up on corrective action reports.

Communicating with customers regarding product quality issues, receiving and organizing information.

Analyzing and tracking returns from customers, collaborating with relevant department to develop improvement plans, and verifying their implementation.

What We Want from You

a) Develop and implement quality strategies to ensure all products and services meet company standards and customer requirements.

b) Manage and train team members to enhance overall team efficiency and quality.

c) Ensure that the quality processes comply with VDA6.3/TS16949 systems and other relevant industry standards.

d) Investigate and resolve issues with non-compliant products to prevent recurrence.

e) Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall quality and customer satisfaction.

f) Stay informed about industry trends and best practices for continuous improvement of the company's quality processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
