Job Description

Lead QC department in ensuring QC ( IQC, IPQC, OQA ) related process are comply to internal defined procedure and fulfilled AS9100 requirement Coordinate and lead the product recall, line stop, shipment stop activities and as customer main contact person on quality related matter Responsible in carry out quality performance analysis and identify the CA/PA for continual improvement Ensure proper reply of customer NCR within the required time frame and carry out CAPA verification to ensure effectiveness Involved in FMEA/ MSA/ Control plan generation Work closely with configuration coordinator to ensure proper configuration registration, release and use in production Ensure inspectors competency and work as main coordinator in resolving inter departmental issue Lead IRB team in reviewing product quality issue and identify suitable action and CAPA Involved heavily in Quality related matter during prototyping including inspection plan generation Responsible in assisting management in ensuring overall QMS compliance and as Internal auditor Involved in measurement Equipment control and calibration activities Generate monthly quality related report for management and ensure performance board being updated FAIR generation as per AS9102 requirement and status follow up Responsible in generating & maintaining quality related document (Inspection Instruction Report, IIR, Inspection report, Bubble Drawing etc.) Involved in Configuration audit coordinator to ensure configuration control as per defined requirement Work closely with Operation team in ensure 100% OTD and Quality Ensure effectiveness of organization configuration control and change control throughout the product realization Ensuring the promotion of customer focus throughout the organization Ensure product compliance and authorized to issue product Certificate of Compliance (CoC) on behalf of Company Authorized to trigger production and shipment stop with justification part produced might not meeting the requirement and the need for further confirmation as part of the product assurance activities. Immediate report to Quality manager. Ensure equipment used in ensure product conformity are calibrated and valid to be used. Ensure correct and proper use of QC stamp per organization stamp and signatory control procedure. Ensure Quality Clinic compliance and Quality analysis up to date. Any new responsibilities / task assigned by QM.

Job Requirement

Education & Qualification
- Minimum Advance diploma or Degree in any field.

Experience
- Experienced minimum 2 years in Quality Control /Assurance.
- Experienced Minimum 2 years in manufacturing processes.

Knowledge
- Knowledge in Aerospace standard - AS9100 & ISO 9001.
- Knowledge in understanding customer's product requirement.
- Knowledge in QC tools (8D, MSA, Statistical Analysis, 7QC Tools, TQM etc)

Skills
- Good judgement and capable in making decisions in complex, challenging and sensitive situations.
- Excellent verbal communication & leadership skill.
- Good understanding in internal QMS related processes and its interaction.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
