Job Description

Principle Accountabilities :-Manage all quality-related issues (internal, supplier, customer) within the teamIdentify root cause and initiate permanent corrective actions for product quality issuesWork with internal and external stakeholders to resolve quality issues as quickly and efficiently as possible to prevent compromising quality.Responsible for product release of finished goods, batch file review and Outgoing approval.Collaborate with the team on timely completion of customer and supplier complaints.Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the Corrective and Preventive action and ensure CAPA is closed on a timely basis.Corrective and Preventive action communicated to all relevant co-workers.Plan, conduct and monitor testing and inspection of materials and products to ensure finished product quality.Collect and compile statistical quality data. Analyse data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system.Monitor risk management activitiesTo perform and maintain periodic calibration of all measuring equipmentConduct Internal audit, supplier audit & support customer quality audits.Conduct training on QA documented proceduresConduct weekly QA meetingConduct training of quality awareness / proceduresDevelop SOP, WI, Form when required.Support any other quality matters as and when requiredAny additional task assigned by QA personnel of higher positionQualification/ Requirement :-Minimum 2 years of experience in quality control/assurance in manufacturing environmentStrong analytical, organizational and problem solving skills.Familiarity with ISO 13485 Quality Management System and Internal Quality AuditsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work well in a team settingSelf-motivated and able to work independently without supervisionProven QA/QC work experienceStrong critical thinking skills.Degree or Diploma in Engineering or Quality.Amcor is a global leader in developing and producing responsible packaging solutions for food, beverage, pharmaceutical, medical, home and personal-care, and other products.
