- Ensuring a quality system per System Management in place
- Establish in-coming, in-process & out-going inspection check sheets for inspection.
- NPI, FMEA & Quality plan development, routine monitoring on QC rejection and Gemba at production to identify potential issues, batch documentation.
- CAPA reporting and handle customer audit / assessment.
- Participation on continuous improvement / cost saving project.
- Product cleanliness test and monitoring.
- Verify calibration certificate from 3rd party.
- Coordinate / monitoring on activities like CHRA, Chemical Exposure, Boundary Noise, Audiometric Test, Effluent Analysis, Incoming DI Water & Final Rinse test submission and summary report.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering field
- Experience in process validation and injection moulding
- Experience liaising directly with external customers
- Knowledge in ISO 9001, ISO 13485, IATF 16949 would be preferrable
