Job Description

With a regional footprint and international reach, Spindex has its headquarters in Singapore, and 4 production locations located in China, Malaysia and Vietnam with over 2000 headcount and more than 1000 CNC equipment. Its customer base is well diversified and globally represented.

We are now hiring for a Quality Engineer, to be based in our Malaysia office (Synturn (M) Sdn Bhd).

RESPONSIBILITY

Monitor internal quality performance and work with production team to reduce scrap. Work closely with manufacturing teams to resolve quality issues on the production line. Reviewing quality specifications and technical design documents to provide timely feedback. Investigate product quality in order to make improvements to achieve better customer satisfaction. Document and report any non-conformance or deviations. Preparation of Product work instruction and related document. Participate in root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA). Collect and review quality records, test reports, and inspection results.

REQUIREMENT

Diploma/ Degree in Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent Minimum 1 year' Quality Engineering experience in precision machining environment Able to use basic inspection measuring equipment Able to read/interpret engineering drawings. Willing to work in a manufacturing/production environment. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and communication skills. Able to work well in a team and under minimal supervision. Possess own transport and willing to work in Ulu Tiram.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
