RESPONSIBILIES

Ensure all aspects of quality assurance and control are maintained and continuously improved. Monitor and maintain accurate data collection systems on the shop floor to track product quality and non-conformances. Develop and update inspection standards and guidelines for all product models. Manage and safeguard all quality records. Develop, review, and improve Quality System Plans to enhance overall quality performance. Supervise and guide other departments to ensure adherence to quality standards. Monitor and communicate with vendors to drive continuous improvement in quality. Supervise and lead QA team members, including QA Supervisors and Inspectors. Manage team schedules, including leave and overtime, especially in the absence of the QA Head. Conduct refresher training sessions for quality staff and other departments as needed. Coordinate and provide in-house training for production and quality assurance teams. Perform outgoing quality inspections and submit reports as required by customers. Troubleshoot and resolve quality-related issues. Contribute to cost reduction initiatives related to quality activities. Coordinate with relevant authorities for machine and equipment calibration. Validate production and QC rejected parts and manage scrap processes. Generate and submit monthly QA reports to the Operations Manager. Recommend improvements to the Quality Management System to the Quality Assurance Committee. Act as an internal auditor for process and functional audits. Maintain a clean and organized work environment in line with 6S standards. Support and ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and IATF 16949 standards.

AUTHORITIES

To evaluate & promote supervisor / leader or any potential quality personnel who's under his / her care. To review training needed for leaders. To ensure comply with national and international standards and legislation. To stop production /mixing when found non conformity / defects in the process. To verify all production lots before further processing and issue NC if necessary. Determine accept / reject for all finished goods at QC for delivery and incoming goods before transfer to Store. To issue NC for pre-shipment inspection if found non-conformity.

ACADEMIC REQUIREMENT

SPM with 2 years experiences / Fresh Graduate (Diploma Holder) / Degree Holder

Knowledge and capable in ISO 9001 / 14001 & ISO/TS 16949 requirement
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,700.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
