Requirements:

Degree or equivalent 3-5 years working experience in related field will be more advantage Good communication and interpersonal skills Proven management skills Thorough knowledge of QA/QC practices and principles plus an understanding of TQM procedures. Understanding of Quality Management System Physically fit & Good Vision

Responsibilities:

Test current products and identifying deficiencies Suggest solutions to identified product problems Investigate product quality to make improvements to achieve better customer satisfaction Plan, create and manage the overall Quality Planning strategy Collaborate with the Product Development team to ensure consistent project execution. Identify quality assurance process bottleneck and suggest actions for improvement Oversee continuous improvement projects Collect quality data and analyse results Identify key KPIs for product quality Compile and update product specification and drawings. Prepare and present reports and metrics to Senior Management Compile and manage customer complaint Prepare monthly complaint reports to QA Manager Consultation with QA Manager to highlight critical task and arrange for the necessary Work Instruction, Quality Plans and procedure etc to be written, approved and issued. Comply with other company's system requirements such as SAP Assist and support in customer audit as and when required.
