Ensure products meet established quality standards through testing, analysis and documentation.
Perform routine quality control tests on raw materials, in-process products and finished goods.
Maintain accurate and complete laboratory reports and records, ensuring proper documentation.
Maintain laboratory equipment, ensuring accuracy and precision through calibration maintenance and regular checks.
Work closely with various teams, mainly manufacturing and quality assurance teams, to maintain product quality and resolve quality-related issues as required.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of quality control laboratory area.
Participate in and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance laboratory processes and procedures.
Response to internal customer inquiries concerning quality-related issues.
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, quality standards, regulations and company policies.
Identify, troubleshoot, analyze and issue resolutions for quality-related problems as required.
Perform other related/unrelated duties as assigned by superior, including long-term and short-term projects/tasks,
