This team drives initiatives to improve User Safety and Quality (consumers, driver-partners, merchants) in areas such as accidents, harm, food safety and hygiene management, and crime by influencing tech solutions, local policies, frameworks, communications, training, and refining internal processes.Get to Know the RoleYou will report to Manager, Regional Platform Safety & Quality. This is a regional role where you will work with cross-functional teams and country teams to accomplish projects aimed at maintaining high standards of safety and quality for Grab users. You will collect data, identify gaps, and propose solutions to improve the efficiency and efficacy of operations.
