What you'll do

Quality Technician responsible to perform product audit, prepares reports and summarizes findings related to non-conformance and defect encounters while conducting product pre-shipment audit and final source audit. This role may also assist in identifying deficiencies, non-conformance in product/processes/procedures and escalate quality issues, ensuring quality is met. (Responsibilities may vary depending on level)

Final source audit and Pre-shipment audit referring to drawings and OMS procedures in Cell fusion. Compile quality report and compliance evidence for traceability purpose and shipping approval propose. Conduct verification to ensure closure of the NCi (non-conformance internal) during product audit. Participate in internal audit, external audit and quality circle and continuous improvement activities. Escalate to appropriate individuals / departments on quality issues encountered as needed. Ensure Final Source Audit and Pre-Shipment Audit accordingly to meet production shipment schedule.
Candidate must be able to work in shifts pattern inside cleanroom.

Who we're looking for

Diploma course in science/engineering or equivalent. Preferably experience in a Quality related course. Experience as QA, products audits will be prioritized. Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, written and verbal. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point and SAP.

'On-site Flex' you'll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. 'Virtual Flex' you'll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
