Job Responsibilities:

• Perform all duties required to protect the company against potential risks and defective product.
• Act as the last line of defense before our products are loaded and delivered directly to our customers.
• Conducts on-site inspections where, not only, the products are being inspected, but also the factory itself. The site visits are important because the presence of QC Inspector keeps the manufacturers honest.
• Familiar with 8D report and root cause analysis.
• Capable of coaching suppliers for continuos improvement.
• QA experience in food service packaging industry with PSI protocol setup and factory audit experiences.
• Complete and upload inspection reports and photos.
• Production samples review and filing.
• Follow-up on failed inspections and confirm with factory that issues have been corrected and these won\'t occur again.
• Communicate with supplier and production management team internally, keeping all responsible parties informed.
• Support company\'s quality operations in South East Asia region.

Qualification & Requirements:

• University graduate (preferred) .
• English communication capability (must have good writing and reading, prefer to have some spoken and listening capability).
• Mandarin speaking is a must.
• 3 years of working experience (preferred) in the paper or plastic packaging factory.
• Willing to accept home-base working mode.
• Off-site inspections - reviewing production samples which are sent by factory for orders that we aren\'t able to make site visits.
• Self-motivated for job and time management.
• High integrity is a must.
